Galata'S Hotel - Istanbul

Oh, galata's in istanbul is quite the treasure, assuming noise from slamming doors and echoing conversations isn't a dealbreaker. The reception staff exudes friendliness, or at least they tried. After 2 nights of feeling like an unimportant guest, you'd think a complimentary upgrade or some sort of gesture would be appropriate, but apparently that's too much to ask.

Large and stylish rooms for the big sized bed, good services.

We stayed here for 5 nights and liked the place. Everything was really good, easy location near bars, cafes and restaurants, special experience. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Its service was excellent.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The location was unbeatable. Surrounded by mouthwatering eateries, perfect for quick meals. The attentive staff created a nice surprise for my boyfriend's birthday.

Noise from the vibrant nightlife outside made it hard to sleep, especially in street-facing rooms. Limited room storage space was inconvenient.

Having a safe box, a minibar and central heating in our brand-new and beautifully designed room. Efficient staff, very good service, pleasant views. Nice variety of coffee, pastries, pancakes and bangers for breakfast...

Our room was large and fashionable with a minibar, central heating, an iron and ironing board. The bed was lovely with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

The location was excellent, surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at night.

The location is central, placing you right next to lively streets filled with charm. The Beautiful Double Room had modern amenities.

It can get noisy from the street and nearby guests, which might disrupt your sleep, especially with windows lacking proper blinds. The walls seem thin, so you might hear clattering and laughter from other rooms well into the night, impacting your rest. Even after contacting reception, noise issues persisted into the early hours.

Oh man, the cream cakes at the breakfast buffet are the stuff of legends! I also found a gem of a spot, Karakoy Corba Evi, just a hop away for local soups that'll warm the soul. Plus, the staff were very nice, always ready to lend a hand!

The noise from the street took some shine off the stay, especially with slamming doors and chatter. Cleanliness could have been better too, and those single beds? Way too small for comfort.

The staff were sweeter than a peach, always ready to lend a hand. We reveled in the rooftop breakfast with fine Bosporus views and there were so many options! The private spa time was just what we needed after busy days, and the pool under that starry ceiling. Recollecting every moment is like savoring a warm biscuit, just good!

Can't recommend highly enough for exploring town

All was wonderful.

The staff was helpful. Arranging a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday with splendid decoration and rose petals. The breakfast had delicious options, and the cozy lounge areas were inviting.

A bit more soundproofing in the rooms would enhance the experience. Sometimes we could hear conversations from neighboring guests.

The Galata'S offers a modern stay with comfortable rooms, a great wellness area with a nice pool, and 3 fully equipped meeting rooms with the latest technology. The hotel's proximity to the vibrant cafe and restaurant scene in Karakoy adds significant value to your experience. The staff were attentive and accommodating , which further enhanced the overall quality of my stay.

Noise from the street can disrupt your peace.
